About Kalyra Counselling Services
After many years of coaching and mentoring teams as a senior manager in the Pharmaceutical industry along with many years of volunteering in the mental health space I decided to formally train as a counsellor. Many years of formal training later and Kalyra Counselling Services was formed. Based just south of Cruden Bay in Aberdeenshire, my commitment is to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I believe in the power of therapeutic relationships to foster healing and growth.
What to expect from your sessions
My aim is to make your counselling journey as comfortable and transparent as possible. We'll discuss your needs and work together at a pace that feels right for you. Find out more about what your first session and ongoing support will look like.
I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday offering four sessions on each of those days (two in the morning and two in the afternoon).
I charge £50 for one counselling session (online or phone). At the moment I am unable to provide face-to-face consultations but this will change in time.
I support counselling students with a £15 reduction (concession) rate per session.
I have a strict cancellation policy where if you cancel within two calendar days of our scheduled appointment, 50% of the agreed fee for the session is payable. Within one calendar day, the full fee is payable. I will be unable to offer you a further appointment until this is paid.
